- You may need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you, or promptly after your order has arrived.
- The costs will vary by country, and we are unable to advise on the amount. We cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

How it works
- Select the items you want and add to cart.
- At the checkout select pick up.
- Add your mobile number.
- Usually within 48 hours, you will receive a pick up notification letting you know the item is ready.
- Respond to the text with a day and time you would like to pick up from the store.
- Pick up the item at the requested day and time.
- Surf hire is available for pickup on the first day of the hire period. Please see the hire page for further details.

- You will get a text to arrange the day and time, usually within 48 hours.
- Please don’t order and expect to pick up instantly from the store.

- Place your order number and name and contact number with return.
- Let us know if you want a refund or exchange if stock permits.
- If refund - we will refund your original payment method.
- If requested exchange - we will send exchanged item out to your address.

- Wetsuits that have been worn in the water will not be able to be returned or refunded. So, if purchasing a wetsuit then please try it on at home before you go out to the beach.

Our UK mainland orders are shipped using the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service.
Usually this takes 1-2 days for 1st Class or 2-3 days for 2nd Class to arrive, but in some cases, during extremely busy periods, like Christmas and Sale Events, there may be possible delays to delivery.
For missing & lost parcels or if the tracking hasn’t been updated, we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail.
As Royal Mail only accepts claims from 10 days after the expected delivery date, we are only able to raise one after this time has passed.
We therefore have a standard grace period of 3 weeks before we are able to refund or replace your order.
This allows us time to launch a claim with Royal Mail and for them to find your missing order.
If you believe your order may be missing or lost, please contact us and we will start a claim to get this resolved for you.
